MVP building

Every module points at one output: a working MVP that can be put in front of real users.

Build alongside other members on the community platform, with working sessions and peer review.

Live coaching, not a recorded course

Standups run live with a certified coach who uses the same AI tools on real client work every day. The Academy is not a fully asynchronous video course.

The entrepreneurship track

The Academy is where the ladder splits. One direction is an apprenticeship a Tokyo host company commissions. The other is entrepreneurship: intrapreneur preparation, and the invite-only Accelerator for members who validate an MVP. Invitations are earned inside the Academy, and there is no application form. No figures are published here, and the exact terms arrive with the invitation.

How the Accelerator terms work

  • Invite-only, with a validated MVP built in the Academy as the prerequisite
  • Commitment deposit, with the balance waived on the first arms-length paying customer
  • A small equity stake
  • Full terms disclosed on invitation

The Academy is directly joinable, and completing the internship first is not required. That said, the free 4-week AI Internship is the recommended path in: it includes Academy programme access, so the subscription starts with momentum.
