The 4-week AI Internship
Real project work, measured weekly
Work on a live portfolio project with full Academy programme access. A weekly performance gauge tracks task completion, and a mandatory pitch and communication block builds the skills host companies look for.
Certificate and Shortlist
The payoff for strong performance
Complete the internship and earn a certificate. Top performers on the weekly gauge enter the Shortlist, a curated list refreshed weekly and surfaced to Tokyo host companies. Placement is the outcome of shortlisting, not a promise attached to the internship itself.
Keep building in the Academy
¥15,000/month subscription
Join the Academy to keep building: a self-paced Claude Code programme, MVP building, five 15-minute standups a month live with a certified coach, and community. It is directly joinable, with no internship required. The Academy also carries the entrepreneurship track, whose Accelerator is invite-only for members with a validated MVP.
Apprenticeship
Commissioned by host companies
A Tokyo host company can commission APro to ready and supervise a person inside the company, on a rolling basis with no fixed end date, continued on performance. It is paid work, so it requires a visa that permits work in Japan. Companies commission it; it is never promised to a participant.
